Product Introduction:
The modular design of the SI-500 consists of four main components: the main unit, the loading module, the auxiliary tooling module, and the interchangeable indenter with 6 different test methods. The modular design benefits from easy and cost-effective maintenance and upgrades, as well as quick and easy assembly and disassembly of the entire machine without the need for any tools. In addition, the SI-500 does not need to be used with a personal computer, providing absolute ease of use. Personalized product customization can be carried out for customers, so that production and testing can be carried out accurately and effectively.

Basic configuration:
● The main body of rubber hardness tester has integrated design, one-button operation function and loading module;
● It can automatically identify the type of indenter and test module (the quantity and model are purchased by order);
● It can be replaced, auxiliary tooling and its connecting lines according to the test requirements (purchased by order);
● It can automatically locate special-shaped parts such as O-rings.
Replaceable indenters:
The interchangeable indenter is designed to be plug-and-play, allowing the user to quickly remove and replace the indenter without any tools. The highly intelligent loading module is equipped with an automatic recognition function, which allows the indenter to be inserted correctly and can be started immediately without any setting tests. A total of 6 different types of indenters are available, including Shore and IRHD, as standard. All indenters can be installed on the SI-500 rubber hardness tester for a truly all-round and convenient hardness test.
Master Control Unit & Software:
Each SI-500 is equipped with an integrated chassis and highly intelligent software, which serves as the main system control unit, and the simple operation mode allows every user to easily get started in the shortest time. The test value can be read easily and quickly and other functions can be adjusted, such as the current status, measurement mode, number, test time, number of measurement points, measured value, median value and average value display, as well as the use of test module, data storage module, auxiliary tooling module, data statistics module and setting module. Depending on the customer's needs, the test values can also be printed on a printer.
Sample Positioning Device:
SI-500 Rubber Hardness Tester Sample Positioning Device is an extremely important auxiliary tool in rubber hardness testing, and the wrong test value is often obtained because the sample cannot be accurately positioned and placed. Therefore, under the test of IRHD M, an auxiliary tooling module is provided, which can complete the auxiliary positioning of rubber O-rings and other types of samples, and automatically travel to the pressure measurement area, so that you can have a closer control of quality.
